Since Vamino operates mainly "On-line" we have done everything to ensure that our car buying procedure is Simple, Quick, Reliable and Easy to Understand for even the most inexperienced of computer users. 1. Fill in the on-line form |

First of all, we will need to know what your exact requirements are, fill in the online form making sure you have entered the correct details. (You will get to see a copy of YOUR entered details at the end of the form so you can check that you have entered the right requirements). At this stage you will also be given the option to call in or register your details over the phone. Once you have checked and everything is OK, then it’s on to the next step! |
2. We locate the vehicle within 48 hours |

Once we receive the online request and details, shortly after, you will receive an email to confirm that we have received your request and that the search for the 'vehicle of your choice' has begun. We will now search and locate within the guaranteed timeframe of 48 hours(During workdays only)! |
3. We email you 3 matching Vehicles |

Once we have found three vehicles matching your exact specified requirements, you will receive an email confirming the three vehicles located. With each vehicle located, there will be a clear description of the vehicles condition along with detailed pictures and costs. |
4. You pick your favourite car |

We will ask you to respond to the email confirming which one of the vehicle best suits you. Once you have confirmed this we will move onto the next step... |
5. You pay Deposit |

Depending on the supplier we will ask you for the relevant payments required at this stage. You may be required to pay a percentage of the price so we can secure the car for you. Some suppliers require a full payment as the vehicle is only available for a limited period; this means that you can even get the car sooner than you thought. |
6. We Buy the car of your choice |

Now that we have received your confirmation on the car of your choice, we will carry out the Vamino116 which is a 116 point check, to make sure everything is tip-top condition and that the car is road worthy. In addition to this, we will also carry out a full HPI Check to make sure there's no outstanding finance or any other discrepancy surrounding the vehicle. After al the checks are clear, we then go ahead and buy the car on your behalf. |
7. Meet your car |

Once the car is purchased, it's time you met your new car. If you have selected "Deliver To This Address" in the submission form, we will deliver the car at the address and time you requested. You will receive all the documents that come with the car and of course, you will get all the keys! |
8. And Finally.... We will dispatch your Vamino 'RoadCare' pack |

The Roadcare pack is a small incentive we have put together in order to take care of the simplest worries related to motoring. The pack will normally be dispatched the day we hand over the keys t o your new car and you should receive it within 5 working days. That's it! Simple as pie! ENJOY YOUR NEW VEHICLE! |
