To make you life a little easier, we have taken our time to compile a list of some of the most frequently asked questions and answers so you have the confidence in knowing how our services work and deliver. 1. How do I pay for my car?
Whatever suits you, cash, credit/debit cards, telegraphic transfer, bankers drafts and personal cheques. Please note funds have got to clear before collection of the vehicle.
2. When can I drive my vehicle away?
Once the car has been purchased and clear funds have been received by the supplier.
3. Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, a deposit is required where stated; this depends upon the terms of business with the supplier. in some case you will also be required to pay the whole amount as the vehicle offered may only be available for a limited period this will be marked 'Immediate Purchase only'.
*Please Note A deposit/full payment will only be required if a vehicle has been selected by you from the short list 4. Can I arrange my finance before ordering?

5. Do I get to test the car before buying?
Unfortunately no, as we do not physically stock any vehicles we cannot offer this facility. However we have a designated department of highly trained vehicle Inspectors who will carry out the 116 point check and approve the vehicle for its 12 months warranty and breakdown cover.
6. Are the cars guaranteed?
We are so confident about the quality of the cars we supply that we give a free 12 months parts and labour warranty with every car; this can even take effect after the manufacturer warranty expires. For additional peace of mind all our cars are fully Hpi Checked and come with the genuine Hpi certificate.
7. Will I have to come back to Vamino Auto Solutions to make a claim?
No, you can take your vehicle to any repairer of you choice providing they are VAT registered, in this case you would forward the invoice to Warranty Direct claims department. Alternatively you can take your car to any of the Warranty Direct nominated repairers which include Nationwide and Unipart.
8. How can I be sure that the cars which have been offered have genuine mileage?
We will ensure that any car we offer has warranted mileage and will be accompanied with a complete service record from its respected manufacturer. Furthermore we get the invoice from the supplier proving the mileage is warranted. If we suspect the mileage is not genuine on any car we simply won't offer it to you.
9. How can you be so confident that I will save money if I buy my car from Vamino Auto Solutions?
Here at Vamino Auto Solutions we do not buy cars and stock them, we do not have massive forecourts with massive overheads. Therefore the savings can be passed onto you. One of our main objective is to pass on the vehicles at trade prices so that you can save up to 20% .
10. What does 'immediate purchase' in the search results email mean?
If a car is marked immediate purchase this means that the car is available for a limited period only, therefore in order for us to secure the vehicle for you we will require the full amount, as this is the requirement of the relative supplier and it ensures that you get the car immediately.

13. How do I know that my money is safe?
We have gone to great lengths to ensure we are trusted in the marketplace we are regulated by the West Yorkshire trading standards Motor Trade partnership and WebTraderUK. The money we take from you will be placed in our holding account and used to secure the car on your behalf, it will only be transferred to the supplier once the transaction is completed.
